Terms of Service for ZodQR

1. Introduction

Welcome to ZodQR ("the Platform"), a QR code generation and management service operated from Vietnam. By accessing or using ZodQR, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the Platform immediately.

2. Company Information

ZodQR is a digital service operated as a business based in Vietnam. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your data may be processed and managed in accordance with applicable Vietnamese regulations and international standards.

3. Eligibility

ZodQR is available globally. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Account Registration and Management

Registration: An account is required to create and manage dynamic QR codes. You may register using email/password or third-party authentication providers such as Google.

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all associated QR codes, analytics, and stored data will be permanently removed.

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all content, URLs, and resources linked through QR codes you create. You agree not to use ZodQR for illegal, harmful, deceptive, or misleading purposes.

Prohibited Uses

  • Phishing, scams, or social engineering
  • Impersonation of brands, services, or individuals
  • Fake crypto-related content (airdrops, wallet verification, seed phrase collection)
  • Malicious redirects or malware distribution
  • Any activity that compromises user safety or trust
ZodQR reserves the right to disable QR codes or suspend accounts involved in such activities.

6. Plans and Pricing

ZodQR offers multiple subscription tiers. Features and limits are subject to change but generally include:

Free Plan

  • Unlimited static QR codes
  • Up to 5 dynamic QR codes
  • Basic analytics (e.g., total scans)
  • File upload limit: 1MB
  • ZodQR branding included

Lite Plan

  • Up to 50 dynamic QR codes
  • Custom back-half URLs
  • File size limit of 10MB per upload
  • No ZodQR branding
  • Advanced analytics (1 month history)

Starter Plan

  • Up to 500 dynamic QR codes
  • Advanced analytics (1 year history)
  • File size limit of 50MB per upload
  • Bulk creation (up to 500 QR codes)
  • 1 custom domain

Pro Plan

  • Up to 5,000 dynamic QR codes
  • Full analytics and campaign tracking
  • Multi-user workspaces
  • API integrations
  • File upload limit: up to 250MB
  • Bulk operations (up to 2,000 QR codes)
ZodQR may update pricing, features, or limits at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these changes.

7. Payments and Billing

All paid plans are billed on a recurring subscription basis unless otherwise stated. Payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Failure to complete payment may result in downgrade or suspension of premium features.

8. Data Collection and Privacy

  • Analytics: We collect limited scan data (e.g., timestamp, approximate location, device type) to provide analytics features.
  • Data Storage: Data may be stored across secure infrastructure, including regions outside Vietnam, with appropriate safeguards.
  • Security: We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, and technology are owned by ZodQR. Users retain ownership of their content but grant ZodQR a limited license to process and display it for service functionality.

10. Service Availability

ZodQR is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time.

11. Liability Limitations

ZodQR is not responsible for:

  • Content linked through QR codes
  • Losses resulting from misuse of the Platform
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

12. Enforcement and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts and disable QR codes at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if these Terms are violated.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes should first be resolved through direct communication. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Vietnam.
